If anyone has any ideas or knows how to download/screen-record a Vlive+ video, can you please help me? It would be great if it was a program I could use to download or if it's a screen recorder that can bypass the black screen protection that is put on Vlive+ videos.

I've also tried youtube-dl, giving my appropriate login credentials, but it says "error: unsupported file type." I assume the black screen is Vlive+'s protection for their paid content, but why was I able to record it yesterday and not today given that I used the same browser/account/device/recorder? However, when I tried again today, I could capture audio (video was a black screen) which is the complete opposite of what I experienced yesterday.

I used a Windows 10's built-in screen recorder via Xbox Game Bar yesterday and I successfully captured audio and video for 1 out of 5 videos. To be clear, I paid for the video and I can view it anytime I want on my account, but I wanted to see if I could save a physical copy onto my laptop.

Vlive+ is a paid sub-section of Vlive which is a free Korean streaming site. I'm looking for a way to download or screen record a video from Vlive+. Just make sure to tag the post with the flair and give a little background info/context. On Fridays we'll allow posts that don't normally fit in the usual data-hoarding theme, including posts that would usually be removed by rule 4: “No memes or 'look at this '”
